Frequently asked questions
What counts as an interview?
An interview counts when the candidate finishes it and reaches the end screen, and it has been scored. Interviews a candidate leaves partway through, and interviews that fail scoring, are free. If a candidate retakes, only the attempt they send to you counts, so each candidate counts once per interview.
How is the price worked out?
$149 a month covers your first 30 completed interviews. After that it's $3.00 each from 31 to 100, then $2.00 each from 101 to 300. Each interview is priced by the bracket it falls in, so the price never jumps. Above 300 a month, we agree a price with you.
What if we go over our monthly interviews?
Candidates are never stopped or cut off. Each completed interview over your commitment is $4.00, billed after the month ends. The account Owner gets an email at 80% and 100% of the commitment.
Can we change our commitment?
Yes. Moving up applies straight away, and you pay the difference for the current month. Moving down applies from your next billing date.
How many team seats do we get?
The Owner is always free. On top of that, 2 Admin and 3 Reviewer seats are included. Every 50 interviews in your commitment adds one free Admin and one free Reviewer seat. Yearly plans add 2 more free Admin and 2 more free Reviewer seats. Extra Admin seats are $10.00 a month and extra Reviewer seats $5.00 a month.
How long are recordings kept?
Audio and video recordings are deleted after 10 days, or after 20 days with the longer-recordings add-on. Transcripts, AI scores and summaries stay with the candidate until your team deletes them.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. The AI runs the first-round interview and scores the answers against your rubric, with quotes as evidence. A person on your team always reviews the result and makes every hiring decision.
Do candidates know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Candidates are told before they start, and the interviewer's first line says it is an AI interviewer for your role.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and get 2 months free, video interviews included, and 2 extra Admin and 2 extra Reviewer seats. Your interviews still reset each month, and extra interviews are still billed monthly.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel a yearly plan early, email us and we refund the unused full months.
